Bottle Orientation & Efficiency
The unscrambler aligns each bottle using mechanical guides and orientation devices to ensure consistent neck-leading presentation before transferring them to the outfeed conveyor. Optional bottle cleaning systems, such as integrated air rinsing or blowing units, can be included to remove debris prior to filling.
