PharmaCount SC Range Overview
The Pharmacount SC Range is Designed to handle all tablet and capsule formats including transparent soft gels, these systems are available in 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 lane configurations and are built around our proven linear vibratory feed technology and advanced electronic controls.
Each model in the SC range uses a modular 6-track vibratory tray format. Product flow is precisely regulated via hopper flow control gates, while each track offers independent control of amplitude and frequency for tailored product handling. This ensures consistent feed and optimal counting conditions across a wide range of product types.

Control and Configuration
The intuitive PC-based touchscreen HMI provides full control of all system parameters and includes recipe storage, data export via USB, and optional 21 CFR Part 11 compliance with audit trails and secure login access. All product contact parts can be removed without tools, simplifying cleaning and changeover.
Intelligent Counting Control
Counting is performed by ultra high-speed infrared sensors, scanning 34,000 times per second. These next-generation sensors include onboard microprocessors that automatically trend and recalibrate to compensate for environmental factors like dust and humidity, eliminating the need for manual calibration or frequent maintenance.
Optimised Line Performance
All SC models incorporate PPS’s FlexiFill technology as standard. This intelligent system enables the use of trap boxes for pre-batching smaller counts, allowing product to be counted while bottles are being indexed. This significantly boosts line speed without sacrificing accuracy. The open front chute design provides full visibility of the count and discharge process, helping operators fine-tune settings for maximum efficiency.
