Paired with a custom gummy feed system, it ensures smooth product flow and prevents clumping with no change parts required for switching between gummy sizes.

Equipped with advanced high speed infrared counting sensors scanning at 34,000 times per second, the GC delivers exceptional accuracy. Smart microprocessors auto-calibrate and adapt to changing conditions, while product parameters can be stored and instantly recalled via the machine panel PC interface.

Up to sixteen vibratory feed tracks per machine, each with independent control, ensure even distribution, and operators can adjust vibration speeds as needed. The integrated power lift makes height adjustments effortless via the touchscreen control panel.

Flexible Batching and Bottle Handling

Smart pneumatic pre-count gates offer flexible counting modes, including staggered opening for narrow-neck bottles. Optional trap boxes allow pre-batching for continuous, high-speed operation, all in sync with the automated bottle indexing system.

GC Gummy Bulk Feeder System

The GC Gummy Bulk Feeder is engineered for consistent and efficient gummy handling. It features a griddle plate loading zone and a dualbelt elevator that organizes and controls product flow to the counting system.

A built-in rotary declumper ensures gummies are effectively separated before elevation. Once lifted, gummies are directed to two linear vibratory feeders. Intelligent sensors in the loading pan above the counter hopper trays monitor product levels in real time.

The system automatically adjusts the speed of each belt and vibrator independently, maintaining balanced flow. If an imbalance is detected, individual components respond slowing, stopping, or speeding up to restore smooth operation.
