Bottle Cleaning and System Control
Bottles are fed into the system via conveyor and are guided into position by an in-feed star-wheel. This precisely controls bottle spacing and movement through the cleaning station. Before entering the main cleaning chamber, bottles are treated with a deionised air system to neutralise static charge and dislodge surface particles.
Once static is removed, the bottles are inverted and passed through the cleaning zone, where up to five high-velocity air jet nozzles blow clean, compressed air inside each container. These nozzles are housed within a vacuum shroud connected to the customer’s vacuum system, creating a circulating airflow that captures and extracts dust, particles, or residual debris.
Controlled Bottle Handling
The system uses conveyor feeding, an in-feed star-wheel, and deionised air treatment to control bottle movement, neutralise static charge, and prepare containers for effective cleaning.
Vacuum-Assisted Air Rinse Cleaning
Up to five high-velocity air jet nozzles and a vacuum-assisted cleaning chamber work together to remove dust, particles, and residual debris from inside each container.
