We have an experienced service and after sales support team dedicated to delivering the high level of customer service that you would expect. From IQ/OQ training upon installation to remote technical support and service maintenance visits, we are here to ensure operations run smoothly.
Our Service department are a young dynamic team who are available to support all PPS supplied systems and support can be offered remotely (Remote connection) or through direct visits. The team will take care of installations, full training on all aspects of the machines and be there to support your operators and engineers in getting the best performance out of you machinery at all times.
