The silver accreditation is only awarded to the top 5% of businesses assessed and is a fantastic achievement for us. The Standard has become the benchmark of good people management practice and is a sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to sustainability.

We were assessed against the new, more challenging framework and performance indicators, these included leading, supporting and improving. Our assessor noted “The pride and passion that was evident in the way they (interviewed employees) talked about the company stands as testimony to the level of commitment to putting people at the heart of delivering high standards of quality and customer service.”
